1. Acceptance
By installing or using the El Ojo Chrome extension, or by visiting this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. What El Ojo is
El Ojo is a free Chrome extension that records browser tabs, lets you draw on-screen during recording, and optionally uploads recordings to your own storage (Google Drive or a backend you operate). El Ojo is provided “as is” with no warranty. There is no paid tier today.
3. Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for what you record. Do not record anything you do not have permission to record. Respect privacy laws and the rules of the websites, meetings or services you capture.
- If you record other people, obtain their consent where the law requires it.
- You are responsible for your Google account, your own backend service (if you operate one), and any third-party infrastructure you connect to El Ojo.
- You agree to comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy when using the Drive integration.
4. Ownership
You own your recordings. El Ojo claims no rights in anything you record. ai2flows and El Ojo retain all rights in the extension’s code, branding, and design.
5. Service availability
El Ojo is provided free of charge. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of it at any time without notice. The extension is offered with no uptime guarantee. The website is hosted on Vercel and may experience outages outside our control.
6. Third-party services
El Ojo integrates with Google Drive (optional) and may integrate with other services you choose to connect. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms — ai2flows is not responsible for what they do or change.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
El Ojo is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that:
- The extension will be error-free or uninterrupted.
- Recordings will be saved or uploaded successfully every time.
- The output will meet your specific requirements.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ai2flows and the El Ojo authors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of data, lost recordings, lost profits, or lost goodwill — arising out of or related to your use of El Ojo, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and post the revised terms here. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ai2flows operates. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
